I am over the moon happy with Wake Contracting. They remodeled 2 bathrooms and a few other things in my home. Matt was very accommodating. His top priority was to give me everything I wanted and still stay in my budget. Richard is a work horse. He was on time every day and worked hard the whole time he was here. No goofing off or playing on his phone. He does quality work and has a great attitude. I had total trust in him to be in my home when I wasn't there. Love my new bathrooms. They were just what I asked for. Thank you so much Matt and Richard for being the exception. No disappointments here. Happy Customer!

Matt and his crew did a wonderful multi-level renovation on our home. Matt, Richard, and John came into this project when it had been started with a different contractor. This was a rather large and messy job, but we all made the best of it. Working from home during a renovation had its trying moments, but overall went very well. Noise was expected, but they were very respectful in trying to keep noise level as low as they could. His crew was very dependable and showed up early every morning. Everyone was friendly, easy to approach, and provided knowledgeable discussions. Matt would respond to our questions or comments in a very timely manner. Any concerns we had were discussed with Matt without any negative connotation. The quality of work has been top notch. We have received many compliments from family and friends on our renovations. Wake finished our project a week faster than expected, started a week earlier than expected, and the results were more than we were hoping for! They also came in about 30% under the cost the other local company quoted us for! 10/10 will recomend. And we will have them out to do a remodel on our old house here in a few weeks!

I can’t recommend Wake Contracting enough! We had a small project, adding a door to the exterior of our home for a new patio. I had a hard time finding a contractor to take us seriously, I think maybe because our project wasn’t big enough to be ‘worth’ their time. I never got that feeling with Matt. He showed up on time, gave us a very reasonable quote, and even threw in some extra bells & whistles, like a self storing screen storm door. He also went out of his way to get the exact hard to find trim we have so everything would match. The door came out great! It needed some minor adjustments but Matt came right out and got it all looking 100%. We’ll definitely be using Wake Contracting for any future jobs/remodels down the road.

Wake Contracting was the best decision I could have made for our bathroom remodel. Matt communicated with us throughout the entire process and made the entire experience super easy on us. John, the contractor who performed the remodel was absolutely A-MAZING!! He walked us through everything he did for the day and set proper expectations on progress and set backs and had wonderful ideas on our remodel that we never thought of doing. If you were thinking of hiring a local company, hire Wake Contracting with absolute confidence, you will not be disappointed. We are already planning on having them remodel our kitchen and help us touch up the rest of our home, Matt and John, you Gents are awesome and we love you guys, thank you again for everything!!!

I am pretty late in writing this review, but I definitely wanted to make sure I gave Wake Contracting the accolades they all deserve. We hired them to completely renovate our bathroom (shower replacement, sink replacement, flooring redone). Matt came out and was very forthcoming with what it would take to get everything done and was so easy to work with. As we debated what exactly we wanted done, he was very patient with us and provided us with all the information and pricing we needed to make the best decision for us. When it came time for the work to be done, his guys worked efficiently, respectfully, and precisely to give us exactly what we were hoping for in a little over two days of work. My wife and I have been so happy to have our master bathroom back. Thank you, Matt, and your entire team for the great work! I would gladly hire them back for any future projects!
